Your company's permanent brand essence/message in one simple phrase.
ie, We design and create stuff so you can grow your business.
Your niche products and services:
- those most popular with your customers,
- those you are most skilled at providing/delivering,
- or those you enjoy the most.
Your UVP is a clear statement that explains what products or services you provide, how your products/services solve customer problems, and tells potential clients why they should buy from you vs from competitors.
For example: We are a _________ company that provides/delivers _________ products/services that _________ [benefit that solves your customers' problems or improves their situation] with __________ [added benefit not provided by your competitors - what sets you apart].

Take a look at:
- What Is A UVP
- How to Communicate It
- How to Write It
Who are they? For example:
- age - gender - job status - occupation/career - financial status - family/marital status - educational background - geographical area - technological skill level
For example:
research product information, obtain contact details, ask questions about products or services, get pricing, etc.
Include their company name and website address and/or social media links
Why would I hire or purchase from you as opposed to those competitors?
If you aren't sure, use this opportunity to dig deeply! Identify why customers would or should come to you vs the competition.

Project Details

If you're working with a restricted budget, there is always the possibility that your project could be broken out into separate phases.
For example, your message might be:
-communicate your professional products and services,
-how your products/services solve your customer's problems,
-illustrate your expertise
For example:
-professional, clean
Which of these are "must-have" elements, and which are "wish-list" elements? For example, "must-have" elements would be required for your project now; whereas "wish-list" items could be tabled for a future/separate phase if needed.
